You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and any applicable state or international regulations.
You will not use the services for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive messaging practices.
Message frequency may vary depending on workflows, customer interactions, and system triggers. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Third-Party Platforms & Service Availability
OnAuto AI may utilize third-party platforms, infrastructure, or communication providers to deliver its services. Service features, availability, and performance may be subject to limitations or changes imposed by these third parties. OnAuto AI is not responsible for service interruptions, delivery delays, or changes resulting from third-party providers.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. No Legal or Compliance Advice

By opting in to receive SMS messages, you consent to receive non-marketing text messages related to your inquiry, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and service-related updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
